Compré en la web este producto y tras el pago me escribieron un correo explicándome que no lo tenían disponible para envíos a España. Fue fallo de ellos por no avisar de esto en la web o de no aceptar envíos de dicho producto a España. Finalmente me contactaron y me dieron a elegir otro modelo del mismo producto. Elegí otro modelo, justo uno que casualmente tampoco estaba disponible para enviar a España. Soppycid me informó erróneamente de esta disponibilidad y, sin preguntarme, me envió otro modelo diferente. Me habría gustado que me hubieran preguntado antes porque seguramente no habría adquirido el producto, pues ese modelo no me gustaba. Se disculparon y les pedí que me reembolsaran la diferencia y que me ofrecieran algún descuento por todo esto, y me lo aceptaron. Así que he de indicar este problema pero a la vez reconocer su amabilidad y su comprensión.
