◆ Warranty Policy

Soppycid offers a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty on all products for any defects or failures through normal use.
The warranty for a replacement item will not be renewed.

◆ Returns and Replacements

We do not typically offer returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Please notify us within 15 days of receiving the item.
To qualify for a replacement, please provide clear proof (such as photos or videos) showing that the damage was caused by manufacturing or occurred during delivery.
Original packaging and all contents must be included for a replacement.

◆ Refunds

Refunds are offered only for items that cannot be replaced or repaired.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
No restocking fees will be charged.

◆ Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during delivery, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or expedite delivery.

◆ Product Condition Requirements

Replacements are only available for products that are damaged or defective. Products that are fully functional or show signs of alteration, scratches, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or return.

After submitting your return or replacement request, we will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm eligibility.
Approved replacements will be processed and shipped promptly.

◆ Customs and Duties

Our prices do not include VAT or customs duties. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs clearance fees.
Soppycid is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to pay customs taxes.

◆ Shipping Costs

If a return is due to reasons beyond Soppycids' responsibility (such as incorrect shipping details), the customer will be responsible for shipping fees on both the original and replacement items.
