Soppycid Shipping Policy
Thank you for purchasing Soppycid Eco-Friendly Reusable Water Balloons! We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order should arrive within 5-15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order using your email address via our Track Order page.
Please ensure that your shipping and billing details are accurate at checkout to prevent delays. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays of 1-3 business days.
Delivery Details
Your package may or may not require a signature. Typically, couriers will deliver your package to your mailbox or front door. If they deem the location unsafe for drop-off, they may hold the package at a local post office or reschedule the delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
After processing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. Please allow 1-4 days for tracking information to update. In rare cases, the tracking may not update, but your package is still on its way. If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
1. Expedited (2-7 business days): $10.00
2. Standard (3-15 business days): Free
We work with multiple logistics companies, such as 4PX, DHL, UPS, and YUNEXPRESS, to ensure the best possible service based on your location and order.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are paid directly to your local carrier or government. As these fees vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize the address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us at info@soppycid.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee the change due to the short processing time.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can either ship it to the correct address or issue a full refund.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, please refer to our returns policy.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of both original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Package Delivered but Not Received
In the event that the tracking number shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately to investigate. We are not responsible for items that show as delivered but are not received, provided that the address on the order is correct.
